Wild Bills Niseko


If you are looking for a delicious meal followed by a few cheeky drinks, you have found the right place. Tucked away in Upper Hirafu, Wild Bills is a cracker of a restaurant and bar.

Known well for it’s warm party atmosphere, Wild Bills Niseko also has a classic Izakaya menu with a bit of a twist.

Everything from locally sourced sashimi to Adobo baby back spare ribs, you are in for a treat. Don’t be scared to explore the menu because we are yet to have something that isn’t bang’n. The restaurant is on the second floor and seats around 35.

If you are thirsty after dinner or just keen to have a drink then head downstairs to the Wild Bill’s Bar!

With seating for 150 plus standing room, you can enjoy a few post dinner drinks or lock yourself in for a cracker of a night.

Happy hour is from 2pm daily (¥400 Beers + ¥500 house spirits) which means it’s a great place to start your night. Don’t forget to check the cocktail menu too, they have a delicious range.

They often have house DJ’s and live music throughout the season so make sure you check out their Facebook page to see what’s going on.

Moral is, if you are keen for a delicious dinner in Upper Hirafu, stop on by. If a casual afternoon drink is in order, this is your place. Or, if you are pumped following a big day up the hill and ready to party, this bar has you covered!

Everyday during winter Bar opens from 2pm and the restaurant opens from 5.30pm
