Fujizushi Niseko

Comments off

I went to Niseko for 4 seasons before deciding to try Fujizushi Niseko. I have no idea why I didn’t, but I just didn’t and all I am left with is regret. Fujizushi Niseko is one of the best all rounders in Hirafu.

Once I discovered it on my last trip we ended up going 6 times in two weeks.

You can’t miss it, smack bang in the middle of the Hirafu intersection it is directly across from SeicoMart. Out the front is a fairly large display case visually exhibiting what your are about to devour just in case you needed something to make yourself even hungrier after a day up the mountain. Once you walk up the steps you will be greeted with a very spacious and warm restaurant with nearly every table having a great view of the mountain or downtown Hirafu.

The menu is vast. If you can’t find something to destroy on this menu, something is wrong. I regularly enjoy the Shabu Shabu as a staple crowd pleasure and great sharing option. The sashimi and sushi are sensational with an array of sushi chefs awaiting you on your arrival. The Hot Pots and Tempura are also a great option for the family. The drinks menu is easy to navigate and has everything you need to accompany your meal.

In standard Japanese fashion the service is swift and polite and the food comes very quickly.

It is very large and seats nearly 100 people but if you don’t want to miss out (especially at dinner as it can get very busy) don’t forget to book – details below. It opens from lunch and runs all the way to dinner offering a full menu throughout.

If you are after a delicious traditional Japanese meal and a great menu with plenty to chose from, Fujizushi Niseko is the place for you.

Fujizushi Niseko is 100% Genki Approved!
