The GLC in Whistler is everything it promises to be from the moment you lay eyes on it!

A kick ass venue for drinks food and various events year round, the photos don’t really capture the full experience but once you get the chance to check it out you will understand exactly what we mean.

The aptly named and located GLC  (Garibaldi Lift Co.) sits proudly atop the actual Whistler-Blackcomb Gondola directly in the heart of the village. The world-renowned and highly acclaimed Apres experience is second to none!

While perousing the menu and enjoying a delicious beverage, take in that unique view from the patio as skiers, boarders and cyclists alike come barreling down the home stretch into the village.

…we presume they are in such a rush because they heard about the GLC Apres?

The GLC truly is a great place to be at any time of the day or night to enjoy some food and drinks with friends and family. Also check out this link to see what upcoming events could be on!

When you visit the wonderful town of Whistler you couldn’t miss this location if you tried, but there is a map below to help you find your feet just in case.

The GLC is classed as a bar and restaurant though it has some extra curricular perks, it hits the mark so so well as the aforementioned.

If you are still not sure what we mean…. Get on down to the GLC and check it out! It is amazing.

Alec lacked direction for many years. He floated around enjoying basic day to day creature comforts like salt, beers and nasi goreng. Then he got a real job and today he loves nothing more than snowboarding, writing for Genki and just being the #1 snow hound this world has ever seen.
