Dusty’s Bar & BBQ

Comments off

If you are looking for a delicious meal in an amazing location with some fine beers on tap and great drinks all round, you have found yourself the place. Dusty’s Bar & BBQ is exactly that.

This venue is enormous and it is located exactly where you would want it to be.

‘The mountains are up and the lake is down, if you are up for adventure it is minutes from town’ – Random street poet found outside Dusty’s.

The super convenient location at the base of Whistler Mountain in Creekside means you can start your afternoon of apres the second you unstrap your bindings or pop out of your skis. Even if you aren’t super close by, it’s on the bus loop or an easy taxi from the other side of town.

Dusty’s is the home of BBQ in the region and they don’t hold back on flavour. Get yourself in there to try the menu. The claims of great BBQ are more than justifiable in our experience but if you aren’t feeling hungry they can sort you out with your favourite drink.

Head in with a group of friends to catch up on some quality live music or keep an eye on the calendar for some upcoming events including the ‘Billeit Canadian National BBQ Championships’ hosted annually by Dusty’s. Keep an eye on their Face Book here for up coming events.

It also makes for an excellent meeting point if you lose your crew.

So if you are keen for some BBQ or just need a drink to unwind, get in there and enjoy it!  We sure do.

Alec took his slabs of wood worldwide for years. He floated around enjoying basic day to day creature comforts like salt, beers and nasi goreng, amidst chasing snow for as many days of the year as possible. Then he got a day job... But the dream lives on, Today he loves nothing more than snowboarding, writing for Genki and just being the #1 snow hound this world has ever seen.
