When you are coming to the snow for a holiday or even coming for the season, I am guessing the first thing you think about, isn’t a butcher! Weekend warriors cooking up a post hill feast or seasoned locals hunting down a delicious dinner delight, starting with a prime piece of meat is a damn good idea!

Located in town centre, Jindabyne Butchery is a solid butcher offering some fantastic local and broader Australian produce. If you are looking for a slow cook cut, a prime eye fillet or some sausages to chuck on the BBQ you are in the right place. Open all year round you can get everything you could possibly need to make your next master chef creation! They also have some seasonal seafood so don’t be scared to ask!
