Birchwood Cafe Jindabyne might be quite new to the Jindabyne scene but has cemented itself incredibly quickly as one of the best Cafe’s to grace Jindabyne ever. Tess and Zac opening up in the Winter of 2016 and it feels like they have been there forver.

A foodie haven, they have an ever changing progressive menu that showcases their amazing skills and some fantastic local produce.

If you head in for breakfast, you can expect to see delicious munchables like Huevos Rancheros (Single pan chilli, tomato and black beans, crispy corn tortillas, avo, fetta, corn puree, fried eggs, white onion and mint salsa), Pulled Lamb on Sourdough (w pea smash, chimichurri, whipped fetta & 2 local free range poached eggs) and all of the staple delights you would expect.

It doesn’t stop there, if you are feeling peckish around lunch time you are in luck. The Chicken burger is game changer, Buttermilk fried chicken, cheese, slaw, pickled carrot, coriander and some fancy sauce, slap some chips in the mix and BOOM – it is amazing. There is many more options though not to mention plenty of Vegan and Vego so head on in or check out the Birchwood cafe Jindabyne FaceBook page for more.

Leaving the best till last – Good coffee. Very good coffee.

Moral is, great cafe serving some top notch food. Check it out sometime soon and keep your eyes on their special board, they whip up some amazing creations. It’s in store and on their Facebook. They even open the doors for dinner sometimes!
